The Engineering Services Examination (IES/ESE) conducted by UPSC is now a three-level exam with prelims, mains and personality test/interview.To appear in this exam a candidate should start his/her preparation at least before one year.Recently, the IES/ESE Prelims Exam was held on 8th January 2017, though the prelims exam is over yet the IES/ESE fever is still on among the candidates.
