Since then he appeared in I.E.S. Exam five times in the year 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007 and qualified with ranks 23, 27, 15, 11 & 2nd and was offered prestigious job of Indian Railway Services (IRS) thrice, but because of his passion for teaching he did not join. After a brief period of 4-months in M.E.S. in the year 2005 he resigned from the prestigious job to pursue his dream of guiding young I.E.S. aspirants.
